Dr. Uttamchand Bastimal Jain
Dr. Uttamchand Bastimal Jain is the CEO of the Company. He has done LCEH a homeopathic degree from Mumbai and practiced the medical profession in the year 1985 to 1992. He started the distribution of pharmaceutical and surgical goods to doctors and hospitals in the Mumbai suburb and is still going on fluently in the name Maark Agency LLP. He also started Medilife Health Sciences Pvt Ltd in 2010 for marketing quality critical care injectables under its own brand. Medilife is now having an all India presence. Currently, he has some more companies under his leadership viz. Medirise Life Sciences Pvt Ltd, Macleon Health Sciences Pvt Ltd., Maxtech Healthcare Pvt Ltd, and Maxfin Holdings Pvt Ltd. He is like a mentor to all these companies.
Mr. Manish Parasmal Shah
Mr. Manish Parasmal Shah is an Additional Director of the Company appointed on 15 September 2021. He has a Diploma in software engineering. He joined the family business of Pharmaceutical and Surgical distribution with Mr Uttamchand B Jain in 1998. He has helped this family business to grow very fast. His knowledge of software and computer skills was a valuable addition to the growing family business. He was at the forefront of handling the C & F agencies and the super stockist of the companies. He handled the business pharmaceutical distribution successfully at Maark Agency LLP till 2021. Currently he is involved in the strategic decision-making team of Maxtech Healthcare Pvt Ltd, Medirise Life Sciences Pvt Ltd, and Maxfin Holdings Pvt Ltd.
Mr. Nilesh P Shah
Mr. Nilesh P Shah is the COO of the company, a commerce graduate and joined the family business of Pharmaceutical and Surgical distribution in 2001 with Mr Uttamchand B Jain and Manish P Shah. Within a span of a short period, he received good knowledge of the products for selling and he developed his contacts with a number of Hospitals, Institutions, and Nursing Homes. In the span of 8-10 years, the family firm has become one of the leading suppliers to Hospitals, Institutions, and Nursing Homes. In 2013-14 he started to diversify to the business of rehab products selling directly to patients at home under the name MAXTECH. Within 2-3 years, he foresighted the business of Home Healthcare and started to supply an Oxygen Concentrator machine to patients at home on a rental basis. To reach many patients he used his contacts with Hospitals, Institutions, and Nursing Homes. He is now handling Maxtech Healthcare Pvt Ltd., and also provides guidance to other family firms Medirise Life Sciences Pvt Ltd, and Maxfin Holdings Pvt Ltd.
Jayesh N Sheth
Jayesh N Sheth – Recently Joined as a Director of the Company. He is a BSc graduate and has worked in various positions in Pharmaceuticals Sales and Marketing. Has a Successful span of 30 years in the industry. He has marketing & Sales expertise, Knowledge of the healthcare industry, and an excellent network in the medical fraternity. He has leadership skills, and the ability to develop strong relationship building with Doctors, business associates, and customers. Highly skilled and results-oriented. Successful in an intense and demanding environment, providing decisive leadership. He is instrumental in Maxtech Healthcare Pvt ltd company’s growth into the healthcare industry.
