FAQs for Hospital Bed Repair & Maintenance at Home

1. What does your hospital bed repair service at home include?
Our home service includes a full diagnosis, motor and control repair, remote testing, rail and frame adjustments, and lubrication.
Tip: If your bed is slow to respond or noisy, unplug it for 10 minutes to reset the motor before calling.

2. Do you repair both manual and electric hospital beds?
Yes, we service all types, including manual crank beds and electric beds with multiple motor functions.
Tip: For manual beds, apply light grease to the crank joints annually to prevent stiffness.

3. Which hospital bed brands do you service?
We work with most major home-use and hospital-grade brands like Invacare, Drive Medical, Medline, and more.
Tip: Keep the model number and brand label intact—it helps in faster diagnosis and part matching.

4. Can you replace hospital bed motors and actuators?
Yes. We offer original or compatible motors, actuators, and linear drives depending on availability.
Tip: If your motor isn’t working, check for loose plug connections and test the outlet with another device.

5. How do I know if my hospital bed needs repair or replacement?
Signs include non-responsive remotes, jerky movements, uneven elevation, or squeaky joints.
Tip: If a bed lowers but won’t raise, the issue is often the lift actuator, not the remote.

6. Do you provide hospital bed repairs near me?
Yes, we offer local home repair services in [Insert City/Area].
Tip: Avoid dragging the bed across the floor—it can damage wheel locks and wires underneath.

7. How much does hospital bed maintenance cost?
We provide affordable, transparent pricing after inspection. Basic tune-ups are often cheaper than waiting for full breakdowns.
Tip: A yearly checkup can prevent 80% of breakdowns—clean electrical connections and test remotes monthly.

8. Are your technicians trained in electric hospital bed repair?
Yes, all technicians are trained in electronics, mechanics, and safety protocols for medical beds.
Tip: Never open the motor casing yourself—it could void warranties and be unsafe without proper tools.

9. Do you offer AMC or preventive maintenance plans for hospital beds?
Yes, our AMC includes regular checks, greasing, wire inspections, and early replacement alerts.
Tip: Keep a record of all past repairs—this helps us predict and prevent recurring issues.

10. Can you fix a hospital bed that won’t raise or lower?
Yes. We check the lift system, motor wiring, remote, and control box.
Tip: Try switching the head and foot remote jacks. If one works and the other doesn’t, the problem may be the control box or that port.

11. Is hospital bed maintenance really necessary at home?
Yes! Regular service ensures smooth functioning, patient safety, and extends equipment life.
Tip: Wipe the frame weekly with a dry cloth to avoid dust buildup around joints and electronics.

12. Do you provide replacement remotes for electric hospital beds?
Yes. We match or reprogram compatible remotes for your bed’s model.
Tip: If buttons stop working, try replacing the battery (if applicable) or check for pin bends on the connector.

13. How do I book a hospital bed repair technician to visit at home?
You can book online, call us, or use WhatsApp for fast scheduling.
Tip: Before calling, take a photo of the bed, control panel, and faulty part—it helps us carry the right spares.

14. What is your service warranty for hospital bed repairs?
We offer a 30-day service warranty. Spare parts may carry additional manufacturer warranties.
Tip: Keep your invoice and part packaging to claim any part-specific warranty.

15. What areas do you serve for hospital bed repairs at home?
We serve homes, clinics, and elder care setups across Mumbai, Thane, Navi Mumbai and Surat.
Tip: Schedule preventive service before the monsoon or winter months—these seasons often cause motor moisture issues.
